Lamborghini Academy Inclement Weather and Refund Policies In an ongoing effort to make your Academy experiences enjoyable, we are pleased to announce an inclement weather policy for our events. Track Academy events will run in sun or rain. In case of heavy rains, or flooding, events may be cancelled. Winter events may be cancelled due to warm weather, or excessive cold or snow. *In cases of postponement, refunds will not be given.* If an Academy event is stopped after 50% completion, even if the event is not complete, it will be considered a complete event. The event will not be rescheduled and refunds will not be given. Cancellation Timeline Lamborghini will retain the option to cancel any session with 2 days notice, if booking minimum requirements are not fulfilled we will attempt to make a decision to cancel an event at least seven days before the scheduled time. However, we may have to cancel an event with little advanced notice, or we may have to cancel once an event is started. Reasons for Canceling Events will be cancelled due to unsafe driving conditions or if the destination is closed. Events will not be cancelled due to poor driving conditions, so long as it is safe to drive. Please note that inclement weather includes more than just rain. Excessive moisture, humidity, heat, or wind can be harmful to vehicles, event hospitality, and our participants. Decision Making Because participants come from many different backgrounds and ability levels, Lamborghini Academy will try to make a conservative decision about the definition of safe driving conditions. This may make some advanced drivers unhappy. Incidental Expenses Expenses for travel to Academy events and any other expenses are not the responsibility of Lamborghini Academy and will not be refunded. Refunds Only in the unlikely occurrence that both the original event date is canceled and no event is rescheduled will refunds be given. Refunds for canceled events are given only upon receipt of a written request within 30 days of the event. Only Lamborghini Academy registration fees will be refunded for any reason. Automobili Lamborghini is under no obligation to reimburse fees to dealerships or clients who have purchased three or more places in a single course on a particular date, should one or more of those places be cancelled.
